  • SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce, more to taste, if needed
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth or water
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed through a garlic press
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
