Ingredients
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • ⅛ tsp minced garlic, or to taste
  • 1 cup(s) packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 cup(s) frozen vegetarian ground meat substitute, cooked according to package directions
  • ½ cup(s) long grain cooked brown rice
  • 3 leaf/leaves bibb lettuce
  • Notes Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic and cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Add slaw and sauté until tender. Add “meat” (that’s been cooked according to package directions), season to taste and heat through. Spoon ⅓ of slaw mixture and rice onto a Bibb lettuce leaf and roll up; repeat with remaining ingredients.
