  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt + pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried ground sage
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 lb. small new potatoes, halved lengthwise (quartered, if large)
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • Fine salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
