- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic, about 4 to 5 cloves
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated or minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, more or less to taste
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce, optional
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar*, more or less to taste
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce, or your favorite hot sauce, add more to taste
