Ingredients
  • 1 ½ Tbsp butter
  • 10 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 tsp mineral salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 small loaf sprouted, whole grain bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup fresh parsley ( OR 2 Tbsp dried parsley)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme (OR 1 tsp dried thyme)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh sage (OR 1 tsp dried sage)
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (OR ½ tsp dried rosemary)
