  • 1 cup (200g) red lentils
  • 2 and ½ cups water
  • ¼ cup (60ml) soy sauce
  • ¼ cup (60ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • ¼ cup (60ml) water
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) lime juice
