Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast cut into finger style
- 2 Tblesp almond meal
- 2 Tblesp nutritional yeast
- Fresh thyme
- Garlic salt
- Salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- Splash of water
Steps
- mix 2TBSP of almond meal( or raw almonds crushed) with 2TBSP of nutritional yeast.
- Add fresh thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper in 1 bowl
- In separate bowl, crack an egg and beat, add a splash of water
- Dip chicken in the egg and then in the flour mix and then put each piece on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for about 15 to 20min at 375 C or so, but check

- Check on chicken so it doesn’t dry out. It is cooked when meat is white
