  • 1 (16-oz.) box frozen pierogies
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ c. beef broth
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or dill, to serve
