Lemon Cornflake Tart

  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour (to dust)
  • 60g Salted Butter
  • 25g Billington's Light Brown Soft Sugar
  • 125g Billington's Light and Mild Honey
  • This single origin honey has been specially selected for its inherent baking properties that leave your bakes perfectly moist.  It has a mild but complex flavour, imparting a sweetness to your bakes without it becoming overpowering. This honey is best used for gooey traybakes, such as flapjacks, energy balls and Baklava.
