  • 2 grams instant or “rapid rise” yeast (about ½ teaspoon; see Tip)
  • 300 grams warm water (about 1¼ cups)
  • ⅛ teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
  • Rice flour or extra bread flour, for dusting
