Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Bit of vanilla
Steps
  1. Mix milk and flour until smooth
  2. Add in remaining ingredients
  3. Butter crepe pan
  4. Spread thin layer of batter in pan to edge
  5. Wait until edge cooks and middle bubbles a little
  6. Shake loose and flip
  7. Serve with fresh or frozen fruit, icing sugar, Nutella, maple syrup
