Everyone's Favorite Low-Fodmap Tomato Ketchup Recipe; Gluten-Free, Vegan
  • 12 ounces tomato paste, I use organic, no spices added
  • ¾ cup light corn syrup or maple syrup (more or less to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tsp onion infused oil
  • 2 tsp garlic infused oil
  • Infused oils contain the flavor of onion and garlic but NOT the FODMAPs.  See our low-FODMAP Top 11 Tips for the explanation why!
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
