  • 16 oz. heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese divided into ½ cup a piece
  • 8 oz. penne pasta cooked according to package instructions
  • 12 slices bacon cooked and chopped before adding
