Ingredients
- 2 c light cream
- 1 c sugar
- 4 t vanilla
- ⅛ t salt
- 2 c heavy whipping cream
Steps
- Stir tog 1st 4 ingred til sugar dissolves.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Place in 8x8x2 inch pan, cover and place in freezer til partially frozen.
- Chill mixing bowl.
- Break into chunks, place in chilled mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer til smooth.
- Chill pan while mixing.
- Return mixture to cold pan and freeze til firm.
Notes
- Makes 1 ½ quarts.
