Easy Ice Cream
Ingredients
  • 2 c light cream
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 t vanilla
  • ⅛ t salt
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream
Steps
  1. Stir tog 1st 4 ingred til sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir in heavy cream.
  3. Place in 8x8x2 inch pan, cover and place in freezer til partially frozen.
  4. Chill mixing bowl.
  5. Break into chunks, place in chilled mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer til smooth.
  6. Chill pan while mixing.
  7. Return mixture to cold pan and freeze til firm.
Notes
  • Makes 1 ½ quarts.
