Crispy Cauliflower Tots
Ingredients

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • ½ small yellow onion, finely diced (about ½ cup)
  • ½ to ¾ tsp fine-grain sea salt (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp (runny) tahini
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal (ground flaxseed)
  • 1 Tbsp filtered water
  • ⅔ cup aquafaba (liquid from one 15-ounce can of chickpeas or white beans)*
