Curry Miso Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp salt
Steps
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for a few minutes until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
