  • 3 3/4 cup bread flour
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • for boiling:
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • for toppings:
  • sesame seeds, shredded cheese, everything mix, etc.
