Seaweed Salad [Vegan]
This Asian-style Vegan Seaweed Salad is a light and healthy appetizer or side dish that’s so easy to prepare. You can make a big batch and keep it in the fridge for a few days, it gets more flavorful day by day. Seaweed salad is extremely nutritious, it’s always better to make your own at home since it only takes less than 10 minutes to make!
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Seaweed:
  • 1 oz Dried Seaweed( Kelp) (25g)
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Sprig Scallion( spring onion) Thinly Sliced
  • 1 ea Red Chili( optional) Thinly Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted White Sesame Seeds
  • subheading: For the Salad Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Sugar or 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil( optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
