Nutrition–Brownie Baked Oats
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter or allergy-friendly sub
  • 2 ½ cup yogurt, such as coconutmilk yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice - I like Almond Breeze Almondmilk
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
  • 2 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • optional chocolate chips, melted peanut butter for garnish
