  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (white or red)
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt or as per taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
