  • Salt to taste

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • Salt to taste
