Ingredients
  • 3 cups mozzarella 2oz cream cheese 2 large eggs (+1 extra for egg wash) 1 ¾ cups almond flour 1 tablespoon baking powder Heat cheeses in microwave (just enough to mix, not hot) and mix well until smooth. Mix almond flour and baking powder together in food processor with dough attachment. Scramble eggs, add to the flour along with the melted cheese. Pulse in the food processor until smooth and mixed. Put onto plastic surface, oil hands and roll out bagels and place on parchment lined baking sheet. preheat oven to 400 degrees F. With last egg, mix well and use as eggwash over the bagels. Bake 400F for 15min. Allow to cool before serving.
