Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick
  • 1 lime zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup white basmati rice (250ml sized cup)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1.25 cups water
  • 3 large fridge cold eggs (they must be fridge cold or they will overcook)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp chopped coriander (optional)
