  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard (or 1 tablespoon store-bought brown or Dijon mustard)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 ⅔ cups vital wheat gluten
