  • ½ cup almond butter or other nut or seed butter of choice
  • ½ cup cassava flour
  • ½ cup coconut sugar or keto sweetener of choice
  • ½ cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup soaked and dehydrated pumpkin seeds (or ¼ cup chopped pecans + ¼ cup pumpkin seeds)
  • ½ cup apple-juice sweetened dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup grass-fed collagen
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • ¾ teaspoon allspice
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
