  • ½ of a red onion about 1 cup / 100g, sliced into half moons
  • Splash of soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 cups broccoli or broccolini 100g, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup green or Savoy cabbage 100g, chopped
  • 1 cup bok choy 80g, chopped
