¼ small red bell pepper seeded and chopped

¼ small onion chopped (about 2 tablespoons)

1 small serrano pepper or jalapeño seeded and chopped

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 to 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

¼ tsp kosher salt or more as needed
