  • 1 tablespoon raw brown sugar, or coconut sugar or other granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, or all-purpose gluten-free flour mix*
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped nuts and/or chocolate chips
