  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (I prefer a mix of cashews, almonds or pecans)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
