Ingredients
  • Coffee flavored
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 TBSP instant granular coffee (I did decaf)
  • 2 tsp swerve brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • I used the mini blender to mix it all up, actually tasted pretty good.
  • This was my second time making a creation.
  • I froze 24 hours
  • Let sit on counter about 15 to 18 mins
  • Did the Sorbet cycle
  • Once done, scraped everything away from the side
  • Made a small hole, added 1 TBSP liquid
  • When done, made a whole and added in some mini choch chips then did tue mix-in button
  • The texture was so creamy
  • I did notice the coffee flavor faded a little.  So next time I will had in more coffee.
  • Overall very happy with this.
