Boiled Egg Loaf (Instant Pot)

  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup water for the pot.
  1. Crack raw eggs into a pre sprayed bowl. I did 12 here.
  2. Cook them on Manual/High Pressure for *5 min on trivet with 1 cup water underneath; Natural Pressure Release.
  3. Check to make sure they are cooked all the way by inserting a knife in a yolk.
  4. Let cool and the egg loaf slides right out!
  5. Now just chop away for salads or what ever you need chopped eggs for!
  6. No ice bath, no peeling!
  • *My eggs were a touch green so you might want to cut back a min and make it 4. It will depend on how many you put in and how thick the loaf ends up being.
