Keto Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
  • note: 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • note: 2 ounces softened cream cheese
  • note: 3 large eggs
  • note: ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • note: ½ tsp. baking powder
  • note: ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • note: 2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning
  • note: 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • note: ⅓ cup cooked crumbled bacon
Steps
  1. * Preheat oven 375 degrees and line large baking sheet with parchment
  2. * Blend melted butter with softened cream cheese in a bowl
  3. * Add eggs and beat well
  4. * In separate bowl add coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder and bagel seasoning and stir
  5. * Pour wet ingredients in with dry and mix till combined
  6. * Fold in cheddar cheese and bacon
  7. * Using a cookie scoop drop onto baking sheet (I got 14)
  8. * Bake 15 to 20 minutes till lightly browned
  9. * Store in fridge
