Ingredients
  • 3. Pounds ground chicken breast
  • 1. Yep olive oil
  • 1  tsp water
  • 1 and  ½ tsp salt
  • 1  tsp brown sugar
  • Pinch to ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  • 1\8th tsp or crushed fennel
  • ½   tsp onion powder
  • 1. And ½ tbl sage
  • 1 and ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp or so of turmeric
  •  
Steps
  1. Mix well.
  2. Divide into 17 ¼th cup pieces and then divide those in half
