Shepherds Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet puff pastry frozen
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 250 mls gravy
  • 4 potato large mashed
  • 1 pinch paprika
Steps
  1. STEP 1 Grease a pie dish and line with the pastry.
  2. STEP 2 Heat oil in a large frying pan and saute onion until soft.
  3. STEP 3 Add meat and cook until well-browned.
  4. STEP 4 Stir in gravy and cook for several minutes until the mixture thickens.
  5. STEP 5 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. STEP 6 Pour into pie dish and top with mashed potato.
  7. STEP 7 Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. STEP 8 Cook in a moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
