Start taking in October everyday to help with Winter

Ingredients
  • Organic Garlic
  • Organic Honey
  • Mason Jar with canning lid or any jar w/lid (if using lids other than canning lids, place a pc of wax paper in between the metal lid and the glass)
Steps
  1. peel garlic cloves and push down on the garlic lightly with a knife to open and release some juices, not too hard, you don't want to smash or break the garlic apart.
  2. Fill mason jar ½ to ¾ way full with garlic
  3. Pour Organic honey on top of garlic to cover, making sure not to fill the jar all the way up with honey.
  4. Cover mixture and shake to mix.
  5. Loosen the lid and put the mason jar on a plate or in a bowl- (The mixture will end up leaking out)
  6. Place Mixture in a dark cool place in your pantry and shake or turn upside down everyday for 1 month. After shaking it, burp the mixture so it doesn't explode. You can leave the lid loose if you want, just tighten before shaking.
  7. If you want to start taking your honey garlic early (after 2 weeks) you can but it will taste better and have more healing properties after a month. You will notice the honey gets thinner and the garlic gets sweeter in time.
  8. Eat 1 garlic a day. You can also incorporate this in a salad, meals or dressings - just don't heat the honey or garlic or you will lose the benefits of it.
Notes
  • Make sure to start in September early October so it'll be ready for winter
