WW Bird balls by Mudhustler
1 SP each Use them in burritos, salad, soup, omlettes, burgers, on top of pizza ... endless possibilities. Love with marinara!
Ingredients
  • The infamous original 1 smart point birdballs
  • 20 oz of 99% lean ground turkey breast
  • 1lb of 98% lean ground chicken breast (2 blsl in the food processor PERFECT)
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup romano cheese grated
  • use the seasonings of your choice but I use
  • 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, 2tsp salt and pepper, 1tsp OREGANO
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Weight Watcher smart point each
Steps
  1. preheat oven to 400
  2. hand mix and form large balls big enough to fit in a full size muffin tin (makes 12 /14 balls)
  3. bake 20 min
