  • 1 leek pale section only halved lengthways
  • 4 eggs free range
  • 100ml reduced-fat milk
  • 100g Don 97% fat-free ham (deli)
  • 25g baby spinach leaves
  • ¾ cup Mainland reduced-fat cheddar cheese grated
