Keto Asian Peanut Coleslaw

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 6 oz. bean sprouts
  • ½ red chili pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 oz. fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp sriracha sauce
  • ¼ tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Steps
  1. Add the coleslaw ingredients to a large bowl, and in a smaller bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour it over the coleslaw, and give it a good mix!
