  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 4 tsp. coconut sugar or light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. finely grated peeled ginger
  • ¾ tsp. fish sauce
  • ½ tsp. toasted sesame oil
