Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

I have been cooking over 50 years. I cook from scratch every day, so I am always looking for new recipes to try.

I used this method to cook ribs, and it turned out well. The comments at Allrecipes regarding the sauce were negative, so I used my own sauce.

4 pounds pork baby back ribs

salt and pepper to taste

2 cups ketchup

1 cup chili sauce

½ cup packed brown sugar

4 tablespoons vinegar

2 teaspoons dried oregano

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 dash hot sauce
