Ingredients
- ⅔ cup oatmeal
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp sage
- subheading: Glaze:
- ¾ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Steps
- Combine meatloaf ingredients
- Put in loaf pan and top with glaze.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink in center.
