Ingredients
- Apples
- Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar
- Caramel Sauce
- White cake mix, plus ingredients to make
Steps
- Brush butter in a silicone flower pan and sprinkle it with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Pour 1 to 2 cups water in Instant pot then place trivet in pot.
- Set pan on top of trivet.
- In pan place a layer of fresh apples down and some caramel sauce.
- Next half of the white cake mix - made as per box plus cinnamon.
- More apples and the rest of the cake batter. Cover with tinfoil.
- Manual HP for 25 to 30 mins.
- So good warm with ice cream.
- EDIT. I broiled 3 mins to darken the top.
