- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz Demerara syrup
- 3/4 oz Campari or Aperol
- 1 1/2 oz black blended rum (Hamilton 86)
- Flash blend with 12 oz crushed ice, pour unstrained into collins glass. Garnished with mint, and a maraschino cherry speared to a lime peel.
