Ingredients
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Demerara syrup
  • 3/4 oz Campari or Aperol
  • 1 1/2 oz black blended rum (Hamilton 86)
Steps
  1. Flash blend with 12 oz crushed ice, pour unstrained into collins glass. Garnished with mint, and a maraschino cherry speared to a lime peel.
