Ingredients
  • 3 pounds fresh spinach
  •  
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  •  
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  •  
  • ¾ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
  •  
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Heat butter in a big pot without browning.
  2. Add spinach and saute, stirring constantly.
  3. After about 5 minutes add soy sauce and blend in.
  4. Cook until soft.
  5. Add nuts and do not cook further. Season. Serve.
