Ketogenic Peanut Butter Milkshake
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (Or, your favorite nut butter. Just make sure the ingredients read “nuts, salt” and nothing else!)
  •  
  • none
  • ½ cup coconut cream or full fat coconut milk
  •  
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (any works! Almond, whole milk, heavy cream, be creative!)
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  •  
  • 1 cup ice
  •  
  • Stevia to taste (I use about ⅛ teaspoon)
