Coconut Bread - S Friendly

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp Truvia
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray bread pan with coconut oil spray and set aside.
  3. Mix coconut flour, baking soda and salt together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix eggs, coconut oil, coconut milk and Truvia together in a mixing bowl.
  5. Combine both wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.
  6. Mixture will look slightly dry.
  7. Pour mixture into your bread pan and bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 30 min to 1hr.
