Roast Aubergine and Potato Curry

  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 (400ml) Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 (400ml) Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
