Crack Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground chicken breast
  • 3 TBSP Franks Buffalo Wing sauce
  • 4 slices crumbled chicken bacon (you can use 4 TBSP of bacon bits instead, just check points)
  • 2 TBSP ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup reduced fat Shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup fat free mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour bread crumbs into a bowl. Shape into 8 patties. Mix is very sticky. Coat each patty lightly with bread crumbs. Cook on the grill, in a skillet or in the air fryer. Air fryer at 380 for 18 to 20 minutes.
