Wrap Nachos with shrimp.
Ingredients
  • Try w wonton wrappers for sturdier chips.
  •  
  • 1 ½ tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon mirin OR white wine vinegar or black vinegar
  • 1 lb. Pre cooked shrimp or chicken
  • Olive oil and brush. I added dab of sesame oil too.
  • 18 to 20 wonton wrappers
  • ¾ c. very thinly shredded cabbage. Need more cabbage.
  • 3 scallions, cut into thin matchsticks. I used carm onion or dried onion.
  • ⅓ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp. sriracha
  • 1 avocado, finely chopped
  • Cd add green pepper, mango. Anything that goes with flavors.
  • White and/or black sesame seeds to garnish.
