No-Mayo Potato Salad
Ingredients

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small cubes
  • 3 celery sticks, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup chives, sliced thin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced into a paste or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  •  
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • juice of ½ lemon (or about 1 and ½ tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice)
